Return & Refund Policy - Computer Course Academy

At Computer Course Academy, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent practices for all course enrollments. Please review the following guidelines carefully.

All course enrollments are subject to this Return & Refund Policy. By registering for any course, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of course enrollment.
  • Students who have accessed more than 50% of the course content are not eligible for refunds.
  • Discounted or promotional course fees are non-refundable after the first lesson.
  • Refunds cannot be issued for courses completed or certificates claimed.

Refund Amount

Eligible refunds will be issued for 100% of the course fee if the request is submitted within 7 days of enrollment and less than 50% of the course content has been accessed. Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, please contact our support team at support@computercourseacademy.com with your course enrollment ID, reason for the request, and proof of payment. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

Course Replacement Policy

Instead of requesting a refund, you may request to transfer your enrollment fee to another course of equal or lesser value. This must be done within the 7-day refund window. Courses cannot be held for longer than 30 days from the original enrollment date.

Exceptions & Special Cases

Refunds may be denied for students who violated our terms of service, engaged in abusive behavior, or attempted to circumvent course access restrictions. Computer Course Academy reserves the right to reject refund requests that fall outside our stated guidelines.
